This is wonderful!
And somehow it seems so appropriate at this very moment – I just stated the other day how much of life is grey. How much is in the grey – which leaves so much possibility to be turned into either positive or be perceived as negative – not in black and white.
Oh my, thank you so much. You are absolutely correct about grey, much of life is. It is our choosing, most of the time, to turn it into a positive or negative. I love how you picked up on that facet of grey. I am most honored that you stopped by to read.
Perfect… which is why grey is so lovely. Because it can be whatever we need it to be.
Thank you Becky. I love you!
“What remains on the palette

Breathtaking! The entire poem, but these lines made me think of a life as the picture being painted… what remains on the palette at the end is usually grey hair. Another brilliant BRILLIANT poem, bunny! i love you! ♥♥♥
You are brilliant for bringing a whole new dimension to this little poem. It is so cool how you compared the grey at the end, to being grey hair. You amaze me hunny. I love you and thank you, as always, for your support and all that you do for the poets.

Junebug…a true poet, even your comments take my breath away! Love to you my dear.
J, I love it, kudos! I loved that you also expressed the comforting side of it, too, not just the dramatic (exciting/scary??) and threatening one.
Grey is one of my favorite colors 🙂
Thank you Dee, sometimes I pick a word and try to write as many things as I can think of that go along with it. The grey sky was an inspiration. I love grey too. 🙂
Lovely, Joanne. And, I like your exchange with Ralph here in the comments.
Thank you so much Katherine.

You got it. I was actually inspired by how grey the sky was this afternoon. It was just beautiful. Thanks Ralph. Smile. 😀
